Alexandre Fainberg

Vice-President, Solution Delivery, Public Sector

Alexandre Fainberg brings more than 23 years of extensive experience in various industries to Beyond Technologies. With over 30 successful SAP® projects, Alex has the proven leadership skills to guide clients towards optimal business processes and successful implementations.

In his new role, Alexandre will act as the lead for Beyond’s Solution Delivery for Public Sector clients(CACHE Consulting). His responsibilities will include but are not limited to the provision of advisory services, sales, and direction related to project-based solutions and technology for the Government of Canada and Canadian municipalities. Alexandre will also oversee consulting services relating to SAP S/4HANA migration projects and provide leadership and management of large-scale projects within the public sector.

Steeve Tremblay

Vice-President, Technical Development

Steeve Tremblay is an SAP® senior technical solution architect with over 20 years of experience in IT, including 17 years specialized in SAP® projects. He has extensive expertise in enterprise service-oriented architecture (SOA) acquired during multiple SAP® implementations and projects.

As VP of Technical Development, Steeve will lead development delivery for Beyond’s Technical Consulting Services (TCS) practice, as well as a team of ABAP developers. He will oversee and refine the technical delivery process, deliverables, and tools and will also be responsible for TCS development audit, quality processes, and development best practices.

Sarah Abikhzir

Vice-President, Business Transformation Services (BTS)

Sarah Abikhzir has over 12 years of executive experience in business transformation and organizational change management. For the past 6 years at Beyond Technologies, she has successfully acted as Value Manager, Senior Resources Director, Delivery Executive, Practice Director, and is recognized as a leader and a mentor within Beyond and its customer base.

In her new role, Sarah will be responsible for driving the BTS practice to achieve a global footprint across regions served. Sarah’s key focuses will also include enhancing the BTS team with specialized consultants, managing deliverables and the practice’s methodology toolbox, managing (hiring) budgets and investments (training, internal accelerators), and refining the practice’s commitment to delivery success.

François Laurin

Vice-President, SAP On Demand Services

François Laurin oversees the new SAP On Demand Services department. He grows long-term (three to five years) revenue in all four countries where Beyond is currently located.

François has been working with Beyond since January 2021. Seasoned executive and passionate leader, he has technological expertise in a wide range of industries including enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and large-scale program management.

Interesting fact: In his spare time, François enjoys golfing with his spouse, skiing, and spending time at his home in Florida.

Lionel Deguy

Vice-President, Delivery Executive

Lionel Deguy is responsible for Beyond Technologies’ Executive Delivery team. As a leader of the Project Governance Office, Lionel drives the value proposition of the Delivery Executives, with a constant focus on service excellence and customer satisfaction.

With more than 25 years of experience in project delivery, Lionel is also a leader and a strong contributor to the Continuous Business Improvement committee where he oversees the development of the Beyond Delivery Framework and its related Enablement Program.

Interesting fact: In his spare time, Lionel enjoys filmmaking.

Lisa Bolduc

Vice-President, Talent & Culture

Lisa Bolduc is responsible for supporting our continued growth at Beyond by providing a global vision for developing and executing our strategic plan. As a Human Resources executive with many years of experience, Lisa stands out for her leadership and her passion for developing human capital worldwide.

Interesting fact: Her hobbies include listening to music, fly-fishing, as well as spending time at her chalet and with her friends and family.

Réjean Poliquin

Vice-President, Digital Transformation – Manufacturing, Business Consulting Services

Réjean Poliquin works as the Chief Architect on manufacturing projects. He leads his teams so they will have the right resources and expertise to support projects and respect project budgets.

A business analyst, his extensive experience includes data integration, over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, and over 20 years with SAP.

Interesting fact: His hobbies include traveling, hiking, volleyball, hockey, as well as boating and kayaking on the lake next to his residence.

Guillaume Couture

Chief Legal and Privacy Officer – Legal Affairs

As Chief Legal and Privacy Officer, Guillaume Couture focuses on risk mitigation and on growing his team to provide counsel that fully supports Beyond’s ongoing international expansion. As Beyond continues to extend its global reach, Guillaume and his team help facilitate business operations by designing strategies that consider different countries’ governing laws.

Guillaume has over 15 years of solid commercial and legal experience with large corporations.

Interesting fact: He is an avid traveler, passionate about cars, and a 15-year practitioner of various martial arts such as karate and aikido.

Véronique Landry

Vice-President, Talent Management Office (TMO)

Véronique Landry focuses on expanding Beyond’s TMO services in France, South Africa, and the United States. Véronique is currently responsible for addressing the ever-increasing demand for SAP subcontractors to fill various Beyond project needs, as well as supporting Beyond’s client requests.

With her 24 years of experience in SAP recruitment and as former Director of TMO, she has successfully grown her department from 10 to 150 subcontractors.

Interesting fact: Véronique is on Beyond's Philanthropy Committee. In her off time, she is passionate about scuba diving and traveling.

Séverine Pollet

Vice-President, Digital Transformation – Supply Chain and Distribution

Séverine Pollet is responsible for delivering digital transformation projects targeting the efficiency of supply and distribution chains in industries such as retail, wholesale, pharmaceuticals, and mining.

Over the years, Séverine has assisted large and medium-size companies in overcoming their most difficult functional and technical challenges with end-to-end SAP implementations, including S/4HANA projects.

Séverine has been with Beyond Technologies since its inception in 2005; she was one of the first five employees.

Interesting fact: In her free time, Séverine enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, running, water skiing, traveling, cooking, and trying out new activities.

Kurt Ramcharan

Vice-President, Marketing

As an experienced marketing executive, Kurt is passionate about developing go-to-market and demand generation strategies that blend traditional techniques with digital marketing. Kurt cumulates over 18 years of technical, sales, and marketing experience with B2B tech companies, which has enabled him to transform marketing from cost to profit center.

In addition, he has a deep understanding of the shifting business dynamics within all Beyond’s key market segments, with a strong ERP expertise across multiple industries.

With a people-first mindset, Kurt’s approach is about leveraging human behavior knowledge to create meaningful content and result-driven marketing strategies that foster authentic engagement with customers and partners.

Interesting fact: Kurt is a strong advocate for animal rights and is actively involved with different animal protection associations. Part of his daily routine involves sheltering abused and abandoned animals, providing food and medical care when necessary. He also plays a major role in connecting animals in need with good caring families looking to adopt a four-legged companion.

Yanik Dupuis

Vice-President, Staffing Operations

Yanik is responsible for operations related to resource staffing for our client’s various projects. Her main role is to create teams with specific and complementary skill sets to perfectly meet each customer’s needs. Yanik always assigns the best resources based on project requirements, client needs, and availability, all while taking into account our consultants individual career goals.
With nearly 25 years of experience in SAP, Yanik is responsible for maintaining the right balance for team chargeability.

Interesting fact: Yanik is a great sportswoman! She has been a downhill skier since childhood and loves to hit the slopes in the Canadian and American Rockies. She also recently started motocross.

Alain Dupont

Partner, Public Sector & New Business Solutions

Alain Dupont is responsible for Beyond’s Public Sector practice and for the expansion of Beyond Technologies into new lines of business. He is in charge of Beyond’s Federal Government team, the supply of SAP top talent to large enterprises and the SAP Procure-to-Pay business solutions.

Specialized in the implementation of information systems and in the development of SAP markets, Alain has over 18 years of experience in integrated management systems, mainly with SAP. Recognized as trusted advisor throughout the industry, he brings value to his clients by providing valuable guidance, uniting people, business processes and technologies.

Interesting fact: Alain grew up swimming at various competitive levels and was a certified Surf Rescue lifeguard. He loves to swim in the ocean and free dive in the deep blue with locals.

Stéphanie Gibeau

Associate Partner, Project Governance Office (PGO)

Stéphanie is responsible for Beyond Technologies’ business consulting services. Today, she ensures our implementation methodology’s excellence and makes sure each project brings the expected value to our clients. With close to 15 years of IT experience, Stéphanie is also in charge of advancing Beyond's development strategy for our Business Execution Assistance (BEA) practice which offers our clients the best support and comprehensive training content. She also manages Beyond’s continuous business improvement committee who constantly updates our processes, methodologies, and deliverables to ensure all our consultants always deliver the highest quality work.

Interesting fact: Stéphanie is very involved in the community: she is the instigator of Beyond’s Santa Claus project and philanthropy committee.

Martin Bureau

Vice-President, Finance

Martin Bureau is responsible for Beyond Technologies’ financial operations. Leading the finance and accounting teams, Martin ensures good corporate financial health through various measures, such as preparing and analyzing the financial statements for all our divisions, implementing and improving the internal ERP system, and standardizing operational and financial processes.
With nearly 15 years of experience, Martin is well-versed in financial analysis, financial reporting, and team management. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Université de Sherbrooke and is also a certified CPA.

Interesting fact: A sports lover, Martin started playing hockey at age 5 and hasn’t stopped. He took up surfing and bicycle camping after university. Recently, Martin toured Denmark by bicycle, making stops in Germany and Sweden.

Pascale Ouimet

Associate Partner, Pre-Sales

Pascale Ouimet is responsible for pre-sales activities at Beyond Technologies and leads a team of consultants that responds to each client’s unique needs with the best solutions and services. Whether preparing service proposals, providing client demonstrations or supporting the sales force, the pre-sale team endeavors to create high added value to each one of their deliverables.

With over 20 years of experience in various SAP pre-sale and sales roles, such as consultant, project manager, and Director of pre-sales, and expertise redesigning business processes, Pascale Ouimet can provide solutions that improve and streamline our clients’ business processes. She is also recognized for the value she adds to the sales cycles and her leadership skills.

Interesting fact: Pascale is an avid skier and likes pretty much any outdoor sport! She spends her summer months doing things like mountain biking, hiking and loves to sail. Also, a world traveler, Pascale makes sure she squeezes in these activities while in a different country!

Sébastien Tessier

Partner, COO

Sébastien Tessier is responsible for the overall delivery of all engagements entrusted to Beyond Technologies. His rigorous discipline and project management skills make him a key asset to drive the resolution of our client’s business transformation challenges.

Sébastien Tessier has over 20 years of experience, including SAP implementation, supply chain optimization, and management consulting. Through his pragmatic problem-solving and project management skills, he has successfully delivered business transformation programs and SAP projects in several industries (consumer business, pharmaceutical, food and manufacturing). Sébastien has worked in many different contexts including mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Interesting fact: As a voluntary hockey coach and father of three boys, his skates hit the ice on the weekends!

Johann Grassi

Associate Partner, Retail Wholesale

Johann Grassi oversees Beyond Technologies’ Retail and Wholesale teams. Bringing with him 20 years of SAP solutions experience, Johann Grassi joined Beyond in 2013 and is, today, Vice-President of Retail Wholesale. His main objective is to assist our clients with their digital transformation and to successfully develop innovative solutions for retailers and distributors of all sizes.
Johann Grassi has international experience working on major digital transformation projects. Through these experiences, he has acquired considerable expertise in retail and distribution processes and with SAP solutions. Johann also has extensive knowledge in Agile Methodologies and SAP Activate methodologies, ensuring each project’s success.

Interesting fact: Johann is an avid traveler and has visited almost 40 countries in the world (Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa and America). Far from the resort hotels, Johann prefers to go off the beaten track to fully experience his travels and discover new cultures.

Grégory Hermel

CEO of Beyond Technologies France

Grégory is responsible for leading and developing Beyond Technologies France. With over 19 years of experience in consulting and professional services firms, 11 of which as a CEO and COO of a major consulting firm in France, he carried out several mandates calling on his SAP expertise, playing various roles, from functional consultant to project and team manager. Since 2007, Grégory is also a certified SAP trainer. Over the years, he has built an excellent relationship with SAP France, and this close collaboration enables Beyond Technologies France to bring the best solutions to its clients’ challenges.

Interesting fact: Enthusiastic sportsman since the age of 10, Grégory competed in the world Bike Trial championship and qualified 2nd in the France Bike Trial championship. Today, he is an avid CrossFit fan, in which you frequently lift over 4 tons during the Workout of the day!

Leonardo De Araujo

Partner, CTO

With his considerable technical expertise and his vast business knowledge, Leonardo De Araujo leads the technological team in charge of advising our clients on the best technology solutions adapted to their needs. Specialized in the implementation, optimization, support and upgrade of SAP solutions, Leonardo has over 25 years of experience in business transformation. During his career, Leonardo carried out several mandates calling on his SAP solutions expertise.

Leonardo is an SAP Mentor and regularly delivers speeches for the ASUG (America’s SAP Users’ Group) and the SAP TechED events.

Interesting fact: In a year, Leonardo bikes the equivalent of twice the distance of Toronto to Vancouver and 6 times the equivalent vertical climb of Mount Everest!

Ken Giroux

Associate Partner, Technical Consulting Services

With nearly 25 years of experience, Ken joined Beyond in 2012. As a key member of the development team, he has demonstrated his tremendous value and executive skills, taking on strategic development projects and working effectively with customers and employees alike. Since his first days at Beyond Technologies, Ken has achieved the highest levels of innovation, all the way to his appointment as Vice President. Ken has been highly influential in the creation of technical and governance strategies for SAP development. At the helm of the development team, he manages his projects with leadership, adaptability, and creativity. In a few years, Ken's team has grown from 6 to more than 40 employees!

Interesting fact: Ken is Eurasian i.e., of mixed Asian and European ancestry. Ken is an avid runner, clocking on average 30 km a week and even more in summer. His strength is speed rather than endurance, so no full marathons for him, but he does have a few half marathons under his belt.

Michel Laflamme

Vice-President, Sales, SAP Solutions

Michel is responsible for SAP solution sales development in Québec and the Maritime provinces. He is constantly prospecting for new clients to detect any business opportunity and promote SAP solution adoption. With his 20 years of experience in software solution sales, Michel perfectly understands his clients’ needs and can suggest the solutions best suited for them while also ensuring rapid return on investment.
Michel masters all aspects of the sales cycle, from requirement analysis and solution assessment all the way to contract negotiation and conclusion. He always implements an efficient, proactive, and customer-oriented sales strategy and provides unequaled after-sales service to all his clients.

Interesting fact: Michel is a spinning fanatic and likes going back to his hometown in Lac Saint-Jean to recharge his batteries in the forest or by the lake.

Alain Dubois

Alain Dubois oversees all Beyond Technologies sales and marketing operations. Specialized in business process reengineering, as well as in ERP software sales and implementation, Alain Dubois has over 25 years of experience in integrated business management transformation. Attentive to creating value for clients, he constantly demonstrates his ability to link their business objectives to their effective use of technology.

Alain has spent his career developing a deep understanding of best business practices. Before joining Beyond Technologies, he offered his expertise and strategic advisory to clients and partners of an important global business consulting firm, an editor and reseller of ERP software solutions as well as for a global information technology organization.

Interesting fact: Alain is a big fan of great Canadian northern fishing. The biggest walleye he ever caught was a 12 lb monster!

François Potier

Partner, Retail Business Solutions

François Potier is responsible for Beyond’s Retail Business Solutions practice. He is in charge of growing, leading and developing a group of SAP Retail expert consultants at Beyond Technologies to deliver core and innovative solutions to retailers of all sizes.

François is recognized and appreciated for his composure, availability, empathy, strong drive to satisfy customers, team spirit, transparency and objectivity when seeking best-fit solutions. With more than 15 years of experience in the industry and over 25 years of retail experience, he has worked as Chief Retail Architect at SAP Canada. His contribution to the SAP Retail solution architecture is renowned in the industry, thanks to his successful track record of SAP business implementations, upgrades and support cycles, both locally and globally.

Interesting fact: François is a certified rescue diver and went white shark cage diving in South Africa!

Sylvain Noël

Vice-President, Technical Consulting Services - Architecture & Delivery

Sylvain is responsible for the integration and technical architecture of the various SAP solutions offered by Beyond Technologies. With close to 30 years of experience in IT, he ensures that our solution integration offering is innovative and aligned with SAP’s latest technologies. In addition, Sylvain is responsible for consolidating and standardizing technical architecture processes so that Beyond can offer our clients the highest quality technical solutions that perfectly meet their needs.

Interesting fact: As a child, Sylvain spent his summers on the family boat all day. He developed a keen interest in this activity and since then loves to go fishing to improve his various techniques.

Luc Dubois

Partner, CEO

Luc Dubois is responsible for the overall management of the company’s sustainable growth, while ensuring consistent and high-quality services for customers. Luc has a proven ability to manage strategic, technological and human performance teams for delivering integrated enterprise-wide solutions. Specialized in warehouse, operations and inventory process management, he has over 17 years of experience in IT and business process reengineering and optimization.

Throughout his career, Luc conducted major projects for large, multinational corporations as well as mid-market companies. Luc has proven to be a key contributor to the Canadian manufacturing and distribution sectors. Through multiple SAP business transformation projects in various industries (retail, consumer business, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, manufacturing, etc.), he has developed extensive expertise, enabling our customers to gain and maintain a significant competitive edge.

Interesting fact: Luc runs to the office every day in the morning … an equivalent of just under 10 km per day!

Stéphane Kiraly

Vice-President, Customer Engagement

With over 17 years of experience working exclusively within SAP programs and projects, Stéphane Kiraly is responsible for customer satisfaction at Beyond Technologies. Stéphane ensures that our teams build and maintain a long-term relationship of trust with all of our clients, with continuous care and attention to their expectations, needs and concerns, during and after each of our interventions.

Drawing on his deep expertise of best practices, tools, and methodologies specific to SAP projects deployment and delivery processes, Stéphane is able to anticipate customer needs by offering them solutions adapted to their expectations and business reality.

His many accomplishments in several different organizations give him an enviable reputation in the industry. Graduated from HEC Montréal, Stéphane is also PMP-certified since 2004 and a member of the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec.

Interesting fact: During the execution of a mandate in France, Stéphane was recruited by a football (American) team of Clermont-Ferrand. Every weekend of the season and in parallel to his professional mandate, he has traveled across France by bus. His nickname in the team was 'caribou'!

Sébastien Caron

Partner, Business Solutions

Sébastien Caron leads solution architecture implementations for small, medium and large companies. He is also highly involved in strategic decisions for our BI and Analytics team, the largest and most specialized SAP BI workforce in Quebec.

He has deep experience and knowledge in several industries including manufacturing, distribution and retail. His ability to orchestrate various teams to identify and solve our clients’ issues, risks and inefficient processes, make him a key asset to provide them with the most efficient mitigation measures.

For the past 16 years, Sébastien has worked as a functional consultant, integration manager, project manager and solutions architect specialist. His deep experience in SAP business transformation has earned him the reputation of being a top-level expert in strategic direction definition, implementation planning and project follow-up.

Interesting fact: Sebastien is an avid sailor and has navigated across several countries on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea.

Christian Bowker

Managing Partner of Beyond Technologies South Africa

Christian, a seasoned SAP professional, is responsible for leading and developing Beyond Technologies South Africa. After completing 2 years of compulsory military service and an Honours degree in Construction Management, Christian managed several complex construction projects before taking on the challenge of starting the first SAP Consultancy firm in South Africa in 1994.

Over the past 25 years in SAP, Christian has worked on projects in Africa, Europe, United States and Australasia. Christian’s background is in the logistics modules of SAP, initially being certified on R/2, EWM and more recently skilled in SAP S/4HANA. The South African office continues to grow both in consultant numbers and successful reference customers and is a vibrant contributor to the Beyond Technologies group.

Interesting fact: As an avid angler, Christian paid for his studies as a commercial calamari fisherman, spending up to 2 months at sea during his vacation.
