300 employees: diverse, inclusive, and still growing!

Today marks another signature moment for Beyond Technologies! We have just passed the 300th employee milestone! It seems not so long ago, in 2016, we welcomed our 100th employee… so to have tripled that number in 2021 – in only 5 years – is remarkable!

So, one might ask: how did we get here?

Beyond’s continuous growth and success is due to many things and each and every one of our employees has been a key part of the journey that has led us to 300.

Without a doubt, 2020 was a year that put our strength and resilience to the test. But seeing everyone rise to the occasion – finding new ways to adapt, be flexible and find motivation and energy – despite all the challenges of the “new normal”, was incredibly inspiring. Everyone’s unwavering commitment under fire has made our journey to 300 possible.

Beyond Technologies is a colorful mosaic of cultures, ideologies, genders, ages, orientations and so many other attributes. Our diversity truly reflects the world in which we live today and has propelled us to grow in so many ways, both internally and with our clients. It is through this diversity that we are able to offer our clients different perspectives, insights and innovative solutions.

Collaboration amongst teams and between all departments is what drives our business forward. This was true when we were 10, 75, 200 and is even more important now that we are over 300 employees across three continents. Listening to each other and questioning the status quo has allowed Beyond to rise to new heights. The teamwork and inclusiveness we see across the company is why we continue to thrive, even in more challenging times.

It is wonderful to see how so many people from so many different backgrounds come together to achieve a common goal and work towards a powerful purpose. Together, we have created a workplace culture that attracted exceptional people to form our 300!
