Appointment of Natalie Molson as Vice President, Human Resources

It’s with great pleasure that Beyond Technologies announces the appointment of our very first VP of Human Resources, Natalie Molson!

With 17 years of experience in HR and recruiting in professional services and IT consulting, Natalie started at Beyond in 2011, in an HR department of 1, supporting the 25 employees in Montréal. She is now leading a team of 4, taking care of 182 employees in 4 countries! Over the past 6 years, she worked closely with the leadership team and has brilliantly driven all human resource-related strategies and initiatives. As a result, our organization is recognized as one of the best places to work in Canada by the Great Place to Work Institute!

The HR department is a major pillar of our organizations’ goals, leadership, and philosophy. Natalie is an advocate for employees and an innovator in providing them with an inspiring environment and the right tools and processes to accomplish their work. Without our employees, we quite simply would not be where we are today. Providing our employees with the best level of support is of utmost importance in everything we do at Beyond.
