Beyond Technologies, a Syntax company, is proud to announce that our organization has been named one of the 2023 Best Workplaces for Mental Wellness.

Our company received this distinction following an in-depth, independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work®. This nomination is based on direct feedback from employees regarding Beyond’s practices for providing a healthy, psychologically and emotionally beneficial workplace.

Taking preventive action at source

At Beyond Technologies, the well-being and happiness of our employees are our top priorities. Our management practices are inclusive, and our work environment encourages everyone to participate in decision-making. We also attach great importance to work-life balance, and we have mechanisms in place to monitor our employees’ workloads.

Providing a safe, caring space

Several communication channels are also in place to enable employees to express themselves and receive the support they need in dealing with stress, anxiety and other mental health challenges.

● Creation of an employee committee dedicated to mental health and well-being, as part of our CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategy
● Anonymous and confidential mental health survey conducted by an external firm to draw up a detailed portrait of the mental health of our employees and thus identify our levers for action to continue strengthening the psychosocial safety climate in our workplace
● Conferences offered to employees on various themes related to mental and physical health
● Subscription to the Headspace application offered to employees and their family members
