It is rare that your first job provides you with a smooth transition from university life into your professional career, and to me, that is precisely what the bootcamp provided.
Beyond’s 12-week bootcamp provided us with the foundational SAP knowledge, giving us the tools we needed to succeed moving forward. We were supported by multiple trainers, some who had undergone the Bootcamp experience themselves. It helps that you are placed in a class setting, with other bootcampers who are going through the same experience. It allowed us to create bonds and friendships and fostered teamwork with peers who we would later collaborate with on client projects. I found a sense of comfort knowing that I was not alone nor going to get thrown into the SAP world with little to no training. The bootcamp is structured in a way that you get the chance to explore the different modules and to pinpoint your preferences.The content is thoughtfully paced, with a mix of theory and practical allowing you to absorb the concepts effectively. By the end of the bootcamp, it was surprising to see how much we had all learnt!. All this to say, the bootcamp was a seamless transition into the corporate world and one of the many ways that Beyond invests in their employees!

Choosing your first company upon graduation can surely be a challenging decision to make! Beyond Technologies has been by far the greatest and most gratifying choice I’ve made to debut my professional HR career without a doubt. From being personally mentored as of my first day with care to operating directly on the recruitment field internationally is a source of growth that I keep on experiencing and learn from every day. Actually, the learning never stops; it keeps climbing up. I’ve had the privilege to have access to new certifications such as become a Certified Predictive Index Analyst (CPIA) and Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), the opportunity to travel internationally and recruit young graduating students (Morocco!!), attending University career fairs and meeting new talent for our Bootcamp program, working with the latest technologies and internal applications, this has been all part of my journey at Beyond (side note : even winning hockey tickets!). The more I grew into my position, the more I wished to expand myself and try new activities: hop into Beyond’s soccer team & social committee. At this time, witnessing Beyond Technologies as a Best Workplace for Today’s Youth embodies what I have come across these past two years and attests the supportive environment that it yields to young professionals.
